– 250 g (9 oz) of pasta linguine
– 120 (4,2 oz) of canned tuna
– 1 clove of garlic
– 5-6 anchovy fillets
– Breadcrumbs
– Zest of organic lemon
– 1 tbsp of cappers
– Salt, pepper, chili
– Parsley
– Olive oil
