Jane, everythnig looks delicious, but I do have a question. I don't eat wheat gluten either, and wanted to know if you use the same amount of corn flour as wheat flour to make these. Great video!

We ate pasta bolognese yesterday, today it will be butternut pumpkinsoup with brasilian cheesebread. That bread is glutenfree and made with tapioca starch. They really taste awesome. The pumpkins were one euro for each. So I bought more. Have already made pumpkin puree from three of them and put that in the freezer.
we have been eating more 'awful offal' lately, found some lambs hearts reduced so had them as a roast Sunday lunch – a leg of lamb is hideously expensive in the UK unless you can find it on offer – £16 per kilo – good variety of meals you have there

The Sunday roast was a tradition here in New Zealand too, probably an import from our British ancestors. Christmas dinner was roast with vegetables, trifle and plum pudding.

I can't believe you found lamb for $10! You're absolutely right that is a steal!!! I found chicken Leg Quarters for $0.89 so I'm about to grab a bunch and get the foods saver out.

Love a corn fritter- for some reason I always thought that these were just a NZ thing. We add curry powder and an onion too and call it dinner. The other frittery thing we like is okonomiyaki 🙂

She has left a huge void and I am so sad but so happy that she owned us for those 13 years of her life. Keep up the good work Jane and Mike
