Papaya & Chia Detox Shake for Better Digestion and Weight Loss – Papaya Fusion
A multi-beneficial shake with the goodness of papaya and chia seeds.
Ingredients:
200 ml Skimmed Milk
1 cup Papaya
10 gm chia/basil seeds
1 scoop of OZiva Nutritional Meal
Method:
Blend papaya, OZiva Nutritional Meal, and milk.
Blend the mixture until all the ingredients mix well.
Remove in a glass add chia/basil seeds and 2 ice cubes.
