  1 inch cinnamon / dalchini
  1 star anise
  5-6 black pepper
  2 onion
  1 tomato
  1 cup rice
  2 cup Chaach
  Salt to taste
  1 tbsp kashmiri mirch
  1 cup gobi
  1 potato
  1 carrot
  1/3 cup peas
  1/3 cup soya chunks
  Coriander for garnish
