I discovered earlier that when julienning the carrot, rather than holding the carrot with your hand stick a fork in it and hold it there instead. I personally found it way easier, my fingers were out of the way and I was able to julienne more of the carrot. 🙂

I make something similar at home by the name, cauliflower manchurian. It would be better if you dry coat the cauliflower and the dip it into a mixture of water, refined flour, cornflour, salt, some spices and then fry it.

LOL girl! This is like 29 steps and involves deep frying, idk that we can call it "super easy." I'm sure it tastes delicious though.
