Ingredients:-
Water- 225ml, 0.95 cup, 7.6 oz
Milk- 50 ml, 0.2 cup, 1.7 oz
Sugar- 20 gm, 1.5 tbsp, 0.7 oz
Instant dry yeast- 6 gm, 2 tsp, 0.2 oz
Bread flour- 400 gm, 3.3 cups, 14.10 oz
Salt- 5 gm, 1 tsp, 0.18 oz
Olive oil- 25 ml, 1.7 tbsp, 0.9 oz
method:-
Step 1: Make the Yeast Mixture
Combine 225 ml water, 50 ml milk, 20 g sugar, and 6 g instant dry yeast in a bowl. No need to activate—just whisk until combined. If using active dry yeast, let it sit for 10-15 minutes until bubbly. Set aside.

Step 2: Prepare the Dry Ingredients
Sift 400g bread flour into a large bowl to remove lumps. Bread flour gives great structure, but all-purpose flour works too—just use slightly less liquid. Add 5 g salt and combine.

Step 3: Mix the Dough
Pour the liquid mixture into the dry ingredients and mix with a dough whisk. Add 25 ml olive oil for flavor and texture. Switch to your hands to fully combine. The dough will feel sticky and saggy—this is normal! Cover and let it rest.

Step 4: Shape the Dough
After resting, the dough will be soft and airy. Dust your work surface with flour and transfer the dough. Divide into 6 equal pieces with a dough cutter. Roll each piece tightly into a smooth shape. Place on a parchment-lined tray, cover, and proof for 30 minutes.

Step 5: Bake the Rolls
Preheat your oven to 220°C. Once proofed, dust the rolls with flour for a rustic look and score the tops with a sharp blade. Add hot water to the oven for steam—it’s the secret to a crispy crust. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and aromatic.

step6: Serve and Enjoy
These rolls are perfect for dips or sandwiches, with a crispy outside and soft, airy inside. Once you try this easy, no-knead recipe, you’ll be hooked. Enjoy baking like a pro!

Tips:-
1-No-knead dough is typically wetter and stickier than kneaded dough—and that’s completely normal! Avoid the temptation to add too much extra flour, as this stickiness is the secret to keeping your bread soft, light, and tender inside. It’s this little bit of imperfection that creates something truly perfect.
2-Even without kneading, the resting time works wonders. It allows the gluten to develop naturally, transforming what starts as a shaggy, messy dough into something smooth and beautiful. Don’t worry—it all comes together like magic during the rest phase.
3-If you have enough time, letting the dough rest in the fridge is like giving it extra love. Slowing down the fermentation process allows the yeast to work gradually, enhancing the flavor in ways that will amaze you. This slow, patient rise develops deeper, more complex flavors, giving your bread that slightly tangy, artisan taste that feels like it came straight from a bakery. It’s the little things that make all the difference!
4- Adding hot water to the oven creates steam, which is crucial for achieving that crispy crust.
