Nice Video! Forgive me for chiming in, I would love your opinion. Have you tried – Taparton Complete Cleanse Takeover (google it)? It is a good exclusive product for discovering a really effective health cleanse without the headache. Ive heard some amazing things about it and my close friend Aubrey got astronomical success with it.
Is it true that pre juicing and keeping the juice in containers reduces its nutrients? I was told that immediate consumption is better since real juice is basically like live food and it's nutrients like vitamin C for example will decrease in potency if it sits around.
I couldn't juice every day because of time constraints and I would like to juice ahead of time and juice prep. Thank you in advance 💚
