I’ve been a pescatarian my entire life. I’m 62. Had 2 children. Never had morning sickness, never had a hot flash and all the things associated with going through menopause. My doctor is actually curious to know if there’s any studies done on women who are vegan or pescatarian regarding menopause. No study done…but I’m also curious to know.

I’ve been told, and also read oats are not good for you, and if you have to have oats you must make absolutely sure they are Glai fate free or you’re eating nothing but chemicals

Thank you Natalie, I bought an air fryer today so that I can hopefully be healthier about cooking. Silly question, but with your lunch and dinner, do you then heat them up to eat or eat straight from the bowl?
