Healthy Breakfast Cookies or Pancakes?
Recipe for Thin Breakfast Cookies.
55g walnuts, 40g red dates, 20g black sesame seeds, 35g white sesame seeds, 15g gluten or gluten free flour, 2 egg whites, honey as needed.
Chop red dates and walnuts. Mix everything. Take a round mold to shape them (the thinner, the better). Place them in the oven at 150 degrees for 25 minutes. Take them out. Let them cool down and they’ll have a super crunchy texture.
