By the way, spinach, although a superfood, is on the top list of foods high in oxaloacetic acids and may not be suitable for individuals with certain autoimmune diseases. On top of that, some individuals may not even have a tolerance to certain nut or nut products in general, but hormonal imbalance is real and is truly a struggle.

I have recently found your videos and I LOVE your cooking and prepping style. They are easy and ingredients are easy to find and prepare. I am learning more about herbs and nutritional ingredients to use in place of my yucky past traditions. I battle hormone ups and downs along with severe fatigue due to my thyroid (Hashimitos), depression/anxiety, and just want to feel better and with more energy. I am beginning the transition of pre-menopause and it puts obstacles to my exercising when I don't feel good or energetic. I do use Cacao powder, but I have never heard of the other two. Would love to try and implement them into my morning smoothies. 🙂
