  • Love this. My smoothie recipe is similar:
    2-3 bananas
    2-3 dates
    Small handful of white dried mulberries
    Goji berries
    Spinach/kale or honestly whatever greens you have. I sometimes throw in lettuce.
    Some seeds: usually do a bit of chia and hemp but can do flax, pumpkin or sunflower also.
    Ginger
    Cinnamon powder
    Protein powder: I use one with brown rice, hemp and peas.
    Pine pollen
    Aceloro cherry powder
    Frozen fruit: faves are mango, pineapple or Berry mix

    I have this in the morning and I am AWAKE

  • I absolutely love bananas in my daily green Smoothies but I had to remove them because I developed pre diabetes. When I replaced all the bananas with cucumbers and flaxseeds my prediabetes reversed..The taste isn't as good but it is much healthier. My greens green smoothies are flaxseeds, Cucumbers Lemon kale, spinach, lettuce, Apple Cider Vinegar, Ceylon Cinnamon and Flow water with matcha green tea. I love the taste of bananas, pine apples and mangoes but they spike my blood' sugar too high. Lemons and limes and cucumbers and Berries are safe fruits for people with blood' sugar issues.
