i usually do cold water, spinach base, 1 celery stalk,half carrot,half bananna, 5 blueberrys 2 strawberrys, peice of lemon and a sprinkle of chia seed for fat. i usually do this an hour before bed with some milk thistle, red yeast rice and nattokinase supplements. im working on improving cardiocasucular and metabolic disorders. before i got serious about my food intake this smoothie would have bin a pint of hagn daz butter pecan and a bag of toritilla chips

That's a helluva blender. I didn't think it would take all those veges and turn them into a liquid. That's probably why he added the water – to make it more of a liquid. Blending up just the veges wouldn't be as smooth. I just saw another video that recommends eating more of the "bitter" veges like kale, spinach, parsley, collar and mustard greens to counteract a fatty liver. So, he was right about the kale.

Sorry mate. THAT IS NOT A VEGETABLE SMOOTHIE. MISLEADING TITLE!!!! You have got more fruit in there than a green fruit smoothie. Time wasting for seekers looking for vegetable recipes. Please, be more congruent, accurate with your audience, it will benefit you too.

1 Grannie Smith apple
2 bananas
1 cup blue berries
1 cup of pitted cherries
1 tbsp. chia seed
1 tbsp. raw organic green Super Food Powder
1 tbsp. raw organic Moringa Leaf Powder
16 oz. Blue berries and Pomegranate juice
16 oz. Cherries and Pomegranate juice
6 oz. baby spinach
2 cans Ro-Tel Hot Diced Tomatoes with Habaneros
16 oz. V8 juice
4 jalapenos
2 stalks of celery
2 carrots
½ cucumber
1 tbsp. chia seed
1 tbsp. raw organic green Super Food Powder
1 tbsp. raw organic Moringa Leaf Powder

just juice a bunch of cucumber, lemon and ginger throughout the day and the micronutrients will stack, its better than making a dense sluggish smoothie that taste bad
