Easy No-Knead Focaccia Bread Recipe



We are making a super fluffy and easy to make Focaccia, extremely easy we could say: a No-Knead Focaccia, our favorite recipe. Just mix the ingredients and that’s it. In order to get the fluffiness that we like so much, we are going to prepare it with Poolish, a preferment that in addition to making it feel like a cloud, it will give it a lot of flavor.

This is the recipe from the video, it allows you to make 1kg of dough.

Ingredients:
– (10%) Poolish – Flour: 53 grs
– (10%) Poolish – Water: 53 grs
– (0.1%) Poolish – Fresh Yeast: 0.5 grs
– (90%) Flour: 480 grs
– (75%) Water: 400 grs
– (2%) Salt: 10 grs
– (1%) Olive oil: 5 grs
