Ingredients:
Butter 170g ( ¾ cup )
Icing sugar 160g (1 ¼ cup )
Oil 1.5 tbsp
Baking powder 1 ⅛ tsp
Water 1.5 tbsp
All purpose Flour 320g (2 ½ cup )
Corn starch 1 tbsp
Cocoa powder 2 tbsp
Vanilla essence ½ tsp
Coffee extract ½ tsp

Bake at 170’C for about 14-16 minutes

Melt in Your Mouth Patterned Butter Cookies Recipe
Ingredients:
Unsalted butter 115g (½ cup )
Icing sugar 64g ( ½ cup )
Saffron strands a pinch
Milk 1 tsp
Cardamom powder 1 tsp
White rice flour 150g ( 1 cup )
Crushed pistachios 15g ( ⅛ cup )

Topping:
White chocolate 50g ( ⅓ cup )
