What a delightful video! So many pretty and tasty treats (the Christmas tree kanten and the Christmas cakes were my favorites), but Gon-chan was the sweetest thing in the video <3

Hanako-san, this is such wonderful timing!! Lately, I've had to deal with some reflux issues which severely affected my opportunities to enjoy my favorite foods! 😭 A nutritionist who's supporting me online suggested I try a Mediterranean diet and while I'm still not sure if there is a science that says it's effective, I'm willing to give it a try if it means I'll be able to enjoy my favorite foods again! 😤 So I gained a lot of good ideas for breakfast and ingredients to add to the pantry thanks to this video! ✨
I can't believe it's already been a year! Time really does fly! I had a lot of good things and bad things this year, but I think what's important is that we come out of this year with new learnings and new appreciation for what we have in life! 💖

I got to taste authentic Japanese strawberry fruit sandwhiches about a week ago, for the first time, everything was authentic even the strawberries were imported from Japan, they were so delicious I wish I could get one every day! seeing your cake reminded me of them, looks so amazing! <3
Oooo, guilt free treats! Just in time as one of my friends recently said I looked like I'd put on weight 😱 I kind of already knew but having someone else say it wasn't great 🤣I love the ice cream bites, they looked particularly good, and the cake at the end was super cute! And Gon-chan! That tiny little meow he gave near the beginning of the video squeezed my heart 🥰

Snacks are my life! Especially with holiday get togethers and the American football playoffs to watch. Cats like to see what you are doing, so if you have a stool or something he can sit on while you cook where he can see he will be more likely to not jump on the counter
Also I have never seen chicken being made into chips, I will need to try that!

I've also been snacking like crazy lately… the cold weather makes them so appealing I just can't resist 😂😂 I try to make my own snacks occasionally too but when I tru to use sweeteners other than sugar I always find myself thinking it's just not the same, but I think I'm just using recipes that rely on the chemistry of sugar as it bakes, so I'll be excited to try these out too! I'm actually going to try making some pâte à choux this afternoon, but next time I'll be trying out some of these lighter, low-calorie recipes!
