Wow, I bet, after this Video everybody will be in a hurry to look into the fridge for leftovers;-)…everything looks amazing and inviting. I often make a SOUP of leftovers, cut everything in pieces( not bread!) , add some vegetable broth and canned tomatoes, lemon juice, let it simmer, while I fry some FINE chopped onions, on which I sprinkle garam masala, salt and pepper, coriander leaves, then I put it into the soup, ready to eat! If I have leftover bread, I cut it into pieces and fry it, too. Nice top for the soup! Of course your creations are better for the lunchbox!! Love from a now very hungry Monika:-))

You know I did wonder whether with your day to day food, you had any leftovers…because we do have daily…so this video was amazing๐!usually with leftover rice and chole I jazz it up a bit and make spicy chole pulav and with idli I make idli upma with crumbled idlis along with tadka and some finely chopped veges…but these recipes I am seeing for the first time…would like to try and see!โคgood video!
