Weightloss Lunch/Dinner : High Protein Quinoa Salad Cal : 478 | Fat : 18 G | Protein : 27 G | Carbs : 52 G .
Ingredients
40 g dry qty
Quinoa 100 gm
Tofu 60 Gm
Chickpeas 30 Gm
Carrots Oil 1 tsp 5 gm
Lettuce 30 Gm
tomatoes 30 Gm
mix bell peppers Spices to roast veggies : 1/2 tsp garlic powder,1/2 tsp
red chilli powder
& salt as taste Spices for salad :
salt as taste, black pepper and oregano and some lemon juice Directions 1. Wash quinoa, boil 3/4 cup water and add washed quinoa in it. Simmer, cover and cook for 10-12 min. 2. In a air fry friendly bowl, add oil + spices + chickpeas + tofu and carrots. Air fry for 10 min at 360F, flip half way. 3. In a bowl, add veggies + roasted protein and quinoa, lemon juice, black pepper & oregano. Mix well. 4. Dressing : 2 tbsp Greek yogurt with black pepper and salt in it + mint chutney DM FOR CUSTOMISED MEAL PLANS ❤️
