Matar Pulao Recipe:

Ingredients

Rice 1 & /4Cup,
Potatoes 2 (cube cut),
Peas 3/4Cup,
Onion 1 (chopped),
Tomato 1 (chopped),
Green chillies 2 (chopped),
Ginger garlic paste 3/4Tbsp,
Oil 4Tbsp,
Zeera (Sabut) 1Tbsp,
Dahnia Powder 1Tbsp,
Zeera Powder 1/2Tbsp,
Red Chilli Powder 1/2 to 3/4Tbsp,
Black Pepper Powder 1/4Tbsp,
Haldi 1/2Tbsp,
Salt (to taste),
Water (As Required)
Brown Onion (For Garnishing)

Method:

1) Heat oil, saught zeera for 2mins then add ginger garlic paste and cook it for 2mins,

2) Add onion fry until change its color add green chillies and tomatoes, cook it for 3mins,

3) Add dry spicies, cook it for 2mins add water so that masala dont get burn. To cook masala cover it for 5 to 7mins,

4) Add potatoes and peas stir it then add water cover it and let it cook until potatoes & peas fully done,

5) Once potatoes and peas are fully cooked, add rice. Check salt and spicies also add water if needed to cook the pulao,

7) Matar Pulao is ready, sprinkle some Brown onions. Serve it with raita and salad. Enjoy! ✨
