2 cups (200 g) almond flour (ground almonds)
⅓ cup (75 g) dairy-free yogurt (e.g. Greek yogurt)
2 ½ Tbsp (50 g) rice syrup

These look absolutely wonderful. I'm planning to make some soon ( I need to buy yoghurt and chocolate first). I'm wondering if a little ground ginger added with the flour might allow me a subtle GF free ginger cookie. I have a feeling I'll be making a few batches.
