Gingerbread Cookies Recipe
Ingredients:
unsalted butter 200g
Icing sugar / powdered sugar 100g
all purpose flour 260g
vanilla essence 1 tsp
cocoa powder 7 tsp
coffee essence / instant coffee ½ tsp
belgian chocolate essence ½ tsp

Yield 30 cookies from this batch

Bake at 170’C for about 12-14 minutes
