There are lots of nut free recipes in the book and an allergy guide to help you! Also, whenever a recipe calls for peanut butter you can swap out sunflower butter for a nut free option!
Most schools are nut free
Is there options for kids that go to nut free schools ? It makes it a bit more challenging (we don't have allergies, but everything nuts is banished at their schools because some kids could die from it, so we avoid any chance something bad happens)
