    It has frozen berries, bananas, honey, plain yoghurt and milk (a touch).

    Is this still not healthy?

  • I make smoothie bowls i prefer them and literally all i add is frozen fruits with no liquid. It’s hard to blend properly, but if you just get the fruit near the mixing part with a spoon and keep doing that you can make something that tastes like a sorbet with just fruit, and I’m guessing it’s good for you too.

  • For 2 people: 1 banana and 1 cup of frozen mixed tropical fruits. 3 cups of frozen kale, spinach and swiss chard mix. (You could do a little less if you want. I just like to jam pack mine and you dot really notice the flavor) Chocolate protien powder, cinnamon, chia seeds and flax. With just enough fair life milk to mix everything up real good.

    I started doing my own smoothie and I regret not starting earlier.
    I put 100 grams wild blueberries, 1 aple, cilantro, 1teaspoon raw honey from beekeeper, 1 banana in it and it tastes amazing. And its super fast to consume, way faster than eating

No oven fries or other rubbish. and in my opinion fresh fruit and veg is healthy of course within a limit. Its better then fastfood or take out. Homecooked meals and homemade smoothies are healthy when made with common sense. I am losing weight and that only happens because i also workout 3 times a week.
