I'm not some vegan or vegetarian but Seitan actually tastes better than most of the meats, and it's pure wheat protein no extra.

Try Oyster Mushrooms – often called the "Vegan Chicken".
Make yoyr own gluten from a kg flour mixed with water then place in water and maasage…
Ball of gluten (seitan) is eventually left….
Use from there, mix with spices , form into steaks, marinade, leave on fridge for 4 hours….
Very good for celiac disease patient
