Crispy Granola Recipe SO GOOD You’ll Never Buy Store-Bought Again!



English Version:
🥥 Crispy Coconut Pecan Granola 🥜

Ingredients:
– 3 cups GF rolled oats
– 1 cup pecans
– 1 cup walnuts
– 1 cup shredded coconut
– 3 tbsp flaxmeal
– 1/2 cup sesame seeds
– 1 tbsp cinnamon
– 1/2 cup olive oil
– 1/2 cup date/molasses
– Pinch of salt

Method:
1. Preheat oven to 350F
2. Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl
3. Heat olive oil and molasses in a pan
4. Combine wet and dry ingredients
5. Spread on baking sheet
6. Bake 25-30 mins until golden
7. Cool and enjoy!

French Version:
🥥 Granola Croquant Coco-Pécan 🥜

Ingrédients:
– 3 tasses flocons d’avoine SS gluten
– 1 tasse noix de pécan
– 1 tasse noix
– 1 tasse noix de coco
– 3 c. à soupe graines de lin
– 1/2 tasse graines de sésame
– 1 c. à soupe cannelle
– 1/2 tasse huile d’olive
– 1/2 tasse mélasse
– Pincée de sel

Méthode:
1. Préchauffer four à 180°C
2. Mélanger les ingrédients secs
3. Chauffer huile et mélasse
4. Combiner ingrédients humides et secs
5. Étaler sur plaque de cuisson
6. Cuire 25-30 min jusqu’au doré
7. Laisser refroidir et déguster !
