40 g psyllium.
40 g walnuts.
30 g sunflower seeds.
250 ml kefir or liquid yogurt.
30 ml olive oil.
1 tablespoon sugar-free syrup.
2 eggs.
30 g raisins.
grease a baking dish with vegetable oil.
