Broccoli, Ham & Cheese Egg Casserole Recipe!! Noreen’s Kitchen
Greetings! Here is a great recipe that you can whip up and throw in the oven and go about other things for a while. This is a perfect dish for the low carb foodie or the gluten free foodie or anyone who wants a delicious, hearty and healthy meal for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Broccoli, Ham and Cheese Egg Casserole, fits this bill to a tee!
This is really a creation that comes from the fact that I got busy and didn’t make any pie crust in order to make quiche for dinner. Since the girls were really looking forward to quiche, I did the best I could on a snowy, cold and rainy evening and just rolled with it, just like I am sure you have had to do many times. So crustless quiche it was for dinner.
We paired this with a green salad and it was filling and satisfying. We actually had about half of this casserole leftover and I put it in the fridge and we had it over the next few days for breakfast and lunches. It reheated perfectly and tasted delicious and fresh.
You can put whatever you like in this, don’t just limit yourself to the fillings I used. Think about asparagus, swiss cheese and poached chicken or just cheese if you like. How about crispy bacon and caramelized onion? I think that would be amazing! No matter what you put in there you are going to be happy you made this.
I hope you give this a try and I hope you love it!
Happy Eating!

Omgosh! Just broccoli ham n cheese is amazing. This could have egg custard or not, top w hash browns or crescent dough oooooh yum! 😘
looked so good ty noreen
You have just answered a question I've had for a few weeks. I love quiche, but – like you- do not make a good crust. I'm going to make your Italian bread (also challenged in this area) and have this dish with the bread and salad. Dessert? Oberwise chocolate ice cream!
I love casseroles, makes life so much easier and this looks so yummy! Thank you Noreen! I love your videos!
Wow that looks amazing. No crust equals saved calories! I bet the leftovers would make a really good breakfast sandwich, on homemade bread! Thanks for sharing! God Bless You and Yours
I'll be right over……………….
I have got to quit watching your videos when I'm hungry. LOL This looks good especially for a diabetic like me 🙂
Thanks for sharing, this one is on my to do list when I want something different to cook for brunch or supper..Look really great..
I don't think she meant it to be insulting – I read it to mean that your food is so yummy that she wouldn't be able to stop. I think that all your recipes look delicious too! Thank you for taking the time to do these videos. X
My kids freak out about pie crust (what is wrong with my kids?), so I am forced to make crustless quiche. This is a lovely casserole and a great way to use up leftovers, too! Thanks, Noreen!
looks great noreen… when i make this type of casserole i add cubes of stale bread… helps absorb any extra liquids and uses up my stale bread… 🙂
looks good! may I request navy bean soup?
my mom made it and its that time of year……………..thanks
