Drumstick Leaves/muringaila (മുരിങ്ങയില )-1/2കപ്പ്
Shallots (കൊച്ചുള്ളി )- 5-10 No
Tomato (തക്കാളി) – 1 No
Green Chilli (പച്ചമുളക്) -1-2
Salt (ഉപ്പ്) – As needed
Turmeric Powder (മഞ്ഞള്പൊടി) – ¼ Teaspon
Water (വെള്ളം) – As needed
Cooking Oil (എണ്ണ) – 3 Tablespoons
Mustard Seeds (കടുക്) – ½ Teaspoon
Garlic (വെളുത്തുള്ളി) – 8 Cloves
Dry Red Chillies (ഉണക്കമുളക്) – 2 Nos
Grated coconut (തേങ്ങ തിരുകിയത് )-1/2കപ്പ്
Jeera powder (ജീരകം )-1/2teaspoon
