How? Why bake veggies for 2 hours when the veggies have been cooked already?? All that needs baking in the oven is the pastry. It must be a mistake.

I made this for christmas yesterday and it ended up in the bin! Everyone hated it. The sauce was divine but the celeriac (which i didnt even use it all) was wayyy too overpowering. Did anyone make this and enjoy it?
