INGREDIENTS:

●300 g Mushrooms
●600 g Chicken fillet
●2 pcs. Onions
●2 tbsp. l. Olive oil
●2 cloves Garlic
●100 g Brie cheese
●250 g Hard cheese
●500 ml Cream (15-33% fat)
●Ground nutmeg to taste
●Salt
●Ground black pepper
●Smoked red paprika

1. Cut the onion, mushrooms and chicken fillet into cubes.
2. Fry the onion for 2-3 minutes in olive oil, add the chicken and garlic and stew for another 3-4 minutes.
3. Pour over the cream and simmer for 3-5 minutes.
4. Transfer the mixture into a baking dish of the required size.
