Hey guys! Today I really wanted to share these new easy healthy smoothie recipes with you – 7 smoothie recipes for the entire week/ or for some variation in flavors!

These are my current favorite smoothie recipes, and I hope you love them as much as I do!

  • 1. Coffee date :
    – 2/3 yogurt
    – 2-3 dates
    – 1tsp instant coffee powder
    – pinch of cinnamon
    -1/4 of water
    – teaspoon peanut butter

    2 :
    – frozen mixed berries
    – 1/2 avacado
    – 2 tablespoons oats
    -1/4 cinnamon
    – maple syrup
    – 1/2 milk

    3 chocolate peanut butter:

    – 2/3 cup yogurt
    – 1 tablespoons peanut butter
    – 2 tablespoons coco powder
    – cinnamon
    – 3 dates
    – 1/4 cup water

    4 green :
    – 2/3 yogurt
    – 1 cup pineapple pieces
    – 1 banana
    – chia seeds 2 tablespoons soaked
    – small handful spinach
    – 1/4 cup water

    5 berry
    – 2/3 yogurt
    – 1 cup frozen berries
    – cooked beets
    – vanilla extract
    – 1/4 cup water

    6 on banana
    – 2 bananas
    – 2tbs pb
    – cinnamon 1/4 tsp
    – milk

    7 berry chia:
    – 1 cup strawberry slices
    – half aflvacado
    Chia seeds
    Vanilla

  • Even before we complete the herpes virus 🦠 treatment plan from YouTube channel name Dr Madida, my husband went for test again and they confirmed him herpes virus Negative❌🚫 meaning that the treatment worked…

  • I added a small piece of fresh ginger

  • Green avocado smoothie

    – what you will need
    Blender
    Avocados
    Syrup
    Food coloring ( optional )
    Roasted oats
    Ice
    Milk

    Put the Oats in the blender first then put everything else in put the avocado in second though food coloring is optional just to make it look more green! Don't blend ice all the way through trust me it's so good
    234 cal!

  • Good morning, Liezl ☀️. I tried peanut butter 🥜 smoothie 🥤 that I made. WOW 😯! It tested very delicious 😋, mouthwatering, creamy, light, and divine. I loved your recipe 😀.

  • I wanted to make a smoothie but didn’t have any of my usual milk so I improvised, and it tastes rlly good(great substitute for milkshakes actually
    -one banana
    -vanilla yogurt
    -cinnamon (makes a difference)
    Peanut butter
    Chocolate oat milk (or regular milk, wich is wat I usually use)

  • Aww, my coffee date turned out to be a mess. A Runny and splattery disappointment

  • I just made the coffee smoothie and substituted with frozen nonfat vanilla yogurt and espresso so good (I also skipped the butters)

  • I'm going to make berry smoothies, with organic honey since I prefer the flavor of Geohoney organic honey.
