  • -先將洋蔥、紅蘿蔔、杏鮑菇、高麗菜、油揚腐皮、木耳都切成絲狀。

    -準備一個碗調製照燒醬,倒入醬油、醬油膏、糖、味醂、米酒、胡椒粉,攪拌均勻。

    -取一炒鍋,倒入植物油,放入杏鮑菇、油揚豆腐、洋蔥煸香。

    -再放入紅蘿蔔、高麗菜、木耳,倒入調好的醬料炒香。

    -加入水後放入烏龍麵,大火快炒至收汁。

    -最後放入蔥段拌炒起鍋盛盤,再撒上七味粉,就完成了。

    就可以享用拉~

  • -First, slice the onion, carrot, king oyster mushroom, cabbage, fried tofu skin, and wood ear mushroom into thin strips.

    -Prepare a bowl for the teriyaki sauce by mixing soy sauce, soy sauce paste, sugar, mirin, cooking wine, and pepper, stirring well.

    -In a frying pan, heat some vegetable oil and add the king oyster mushrooms, fried tofu, and onions to sauté until fragrant.

    -Next, add the carrot, cabbage, and wood ear mushroom, and pour in the prepared sauce, stir-frying until fragrant.

    -Add some water and then the udon noodles, stir-frying on high heat until the sauce reduces.

    -Finally, add green onions, stir-fry briefly, and transfer to a plate. Sprinkle some shichimi powder on top, and it’s ready to serve.
