Juice is fine in moderation but if youre gonna drink this stuff daily you NEED the fiber to help with all that sugar overload. Stick to a smoothie

The anti-inflammatory enzyme "bromelain" is in the skin of the pineapple, not the pulp. You threw away the highest concentration of bromelain and used the frgn fruit, lol. Clean the skin and shave the dried leafy parts minimally and ram the skin (peels) through your juicer, and yes, it will be green, not pretty bright yellow, lol. The citric acids are in the pulp. That will not help you inflammation issues in the slightest.
