Kimchi(about 1/ Β½ cup)
Garlic(3/4cloves)
Spring onion
vegetables of ur choice (i used carrot,capsicum,cauliflower)
Gochugaru/Red chili powder
Msg(optional)
Salt
Sesame seed
Leftover rice(1Β½ bowl)
Soy sauce(2/3teaspoon)
Oil of your choice(vegetable/olive/sesame)

Dice up ur vegetables,kimchi and mince garlic. Add your choice of oil in the pan then saute carrot,cauliflower on medium high flame,then add minced garlic,capsicum with some green onions,cook it for 2/3min on low /medium flame. Add soy sauce then add kimchi stir it thoroughly,add seame seeds,salt,gochugaru/red chili powder as per your taste,a pinch of msg (optional),stir it then add leftover rice,mix it properly. Serve it into a bowl / dish then garnish it with some green onions,sesame seeds. voila, your dish is ready to serve,enjoy your dish and let me know if you give it a chance:)
