I really like smoothies, but during the winter months, I much prefer something warm, like a nice bowl of oatmeal. Sometimes I'll stir in a tablespoon of PB2. Most of the time I add sliced banana, chopped walnuts & a little splash of almond milk. I have my favorite tea along with it, Harney & Sons Hot Cinnamon Spice Tea. It's so good & helps me wake up & get my day started!

Short, sweet, and straight to the point
you can also add cottage cheese or tofu as an alternative. Both make it super creamy!
