    This recipe makes 2 servings:
    1/2 cup frozen strawberries
    1/2 cup frozen blueberries/bilberries
    1 1/2 cups (lactose-free) Greek yogurt

    1. Put all the ingredients into a blender and mix until smooth

  • I really like smoothies, but during the winter months, I much prefer something warm, like a nice bowl of oatmeal. Sometimes I'll stir in a tablespoon of PB2. Most of the time I add sliced banana, chopped walnuts & a little splash of almond milk. I have my favorite tea along with it, Harney & Sons Hot Cinnamon Spice Tea. It's so good & helps me wake up & get my day started!

  • – 1 cup wyman berry frozen fruit mix
    – 1 cup & 2tbsp of stoneyfield organic grassfed Greek yogurt
    – Water

    This makes 25 g of protein

  • Add a bit of greens, some filtered whole milk, hemp and flax seeds and peanut butter and its even more nutritious.
