  Fudge Brownie Cookie
  160g semi sweet chocolate chips
  80g butter or coconut oil
  70g cane sugar
  70g brown cane sugar
  2 eggs
  40g white rice flour
  24g potato starch
  16g sorghum flour
  20g cocoa powder
  1/2tsp sea salt
  1/2tsp baking powder
  1/2tsp xanthan gum

  Bake at 350 for 10 mins. Follow video for directions.
