ingredients:
Base:
1/2 cup (50g) quick oats
20g cocoa protein powder(optional)
1/3 cup soy milk (or any milk)
1 tsp flax seeds
1 tsp chia seeds
1 tsp cocoa powder
Splash of vanilla extract
yogurt layer:
1 + 1/2 tbsp yogurt + 1/2 tbsp biscoff
spread
chocolate cereal:
1/4 cup cereal
10g melted dark chocolate
1 tsp coconut oil
1.Mix all the ingredients together for the base. And pour your mix to the jar you will be
using.
2.Prepare and mix the yogurt ingredients in a separate bowl too. And spread that on top of the base.
3. Mix the ingredients for the top layer in a separate bowl too.
4. Without waiting pour the top layer over the yogurt layer on to your jar.
5. Lastly leave it in the fridge for 1 hour or overnight. Enjoy!😊😊❤
