*GLUTEN FREE* Chocolate Chip Cookies!!!



GLUTEN FREE Chocolate Chip Cookies BAKED in the AIRFRYER!!!

RECIPE DETAILS*

1 1/4 cups GLUTEN FREE FLOUR
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
8 tbsps (1stick) unsalted butter, softened
1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 large egg
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup chocolate chips

375-degree oven. 12-15 minutes.

Combine gf flour, salt, and the baking soda.
Beat together the butter and sugars until combined, then beat in the egg and vanilla. (Don’t overbeat)
Stir in the flour mixture.
Stir in the chocolate chips.

I use an ice cream scoop and drop the dough onto a parchment lined cookie sheet, then flatten the cookies out.
I also put the cookies in the refrigerator for an hour or so before baking them to keep them from spreading too much.

I’ve been using my AIRFRYER as well as my gas oven to bake the cookies. I find both methods to work well and bake them at the same temperature for the same amount of time.

Using the AIRFRYER to bake a few at a time saves me from having to heat up the oven for a long period of time.

They keep well in the freezer!!!
