  • I'm assuming ACCURACY isn't an issue here….?? I really wish they would make it a POINT to say the EXACT amount of ingredients used when making these DIY recipes. Your video is entertaining but if you're goal is to help viewers watching then just letting us know the exact amount of ingredients would be helpful. Just FYI

  • Awesome !! Keep it up. I use 1 teaspoon of sugar-free syrup in some of my smoothies. Especially if the fruit isn't that sweet.

  • Why do you hate veggies? If you know why you hate them, you can make changes to love them. For example, mushy texture? Sautee them briefly. Taste? Season them differently. There is a reason you hate one thing and not another.

  • I used to add flavorless protein to my smoothies back in the day. I fell off the wagon a while ago and this video was the motivation I needed. Thank you.

  • Too much weight to lose in such a short amount of time. Body will be in starvation mode once you go off diet and start to hoard calories. Better to gradually lose weight over time that way you’ll keep it off.
