In this podcast, Dr. J and Evan Brand talk about how intestinal binders are critical to any detox protocol. When the liver processes toxins, they get excreted through bile and to the small intestine. If the toxins are not meant to do anything, most of them will get reabsorbed in the gut. It is called enterohepatic recirculation. Binders can be used to attach to the toxins that pass through the digestive tract to be eliminated.
Different binders have affinities for toxins based on the net charge and other molecular bonds. One commonly used binder is Chlorella – a living organism that has evolved to bind only to toxic metals, not essential minerals. Because of this, it can be used long-term with no risk of nutritional deficiency over time; Charcoal – a broad-spectrum binder that will bind a little bit of everything. It means it will bind toxins, as well as vitamins and minerals. So it is suitable for acute situations, not long-term; Humic and Fulvic Acids are made of decomposed plant matter, essentially dirt. They have been shown to detox glyphosate.
The binder that suits someone can also differ significantly based on the specific load of toxin. What works well for someone can also change during different phases of treatment, especially when the root cause is identified and fixed.

What about psyllium husk with fatty foods to bind bile?
what about Polygala Tenuifolia, im reading the reports on reddit and other places…. it seems to be great for focus and mood also… but without all side effects that st john wort has…

Does citrus pectin removes mold
Too bad Evan charges a 3 percent fee on all the charges from his practice . Imagine making millions off of his business and still charging people for using a credit card , especially when knowing just about all his fees and testing fees are out of pocket and you’re gonna blow thousands of dollars in a couple of months and he STILL wants to charge a fee for using a credit card .
Immoral

I have no gall bladder, had it out 25 years ago 😬😕
Combine binders with short fasts, packing liver area with caster oil (with hot water bottle on), followed by gerson coffee enemas*. Add in liver supportives like choline bitartrate, dandelion root. TUDCA, plus lots of binders alternating. Bile liver sequentrants help bind toxins within bile salts.
Thank you for this. The natural methods of health are more attractive. It seems that general good practices like fresh air, healthy food, gut health, stress management, are the best first response to the whole recovery from mold.
Y’all are making this sound impossible to heal from
I just got a horrible mold test report from our house. I appreciate your video.

May I ask for some advice? Both of my children were diagnosed with pandas, as a result of strep initially.. it took 9 months to clear the strep from their bodies and mine.. moving forward diagnosis was changed to pans due to a co-infection of mycoplasma. We have been on three doses of zithromax per week since February for the mycoplasma. During the initial discovery of strep/pandas both of my kiddos also had thrush. Our last visit with our doctor he suggested we do 3 days of charcoal per month, for 6 months to clear mycotoxins and mold etc, and 30 days of diatomaceous earth to cleanse our bodies of parasites and worms etc… I feel like every step, there is another type of poison to be cleared from the body.. however any supplements such as zinc, vitamin c, vitamin B tumeric magnesium… and any probiotic causes a panda's/pans flare in my children. I am wondering how to heal their gut and their blood-brain barrier without being able to use anything. Side note I have not seen any flair from the charcoal. And we just started the parasite cleanse.
Wow, a directed conversation on mold detox enhanced by descriptive language (.e. mold farts) and examples that help you wrap your head around the how disruptive mold toxins can be to your health. If you know the specific mold found in your body, this discussion will give you specific natural remedies that might help you or which ones might be better under your circumstances. I did not know probiotics can be helpful and glad to know which ones to research further. Additionally, I was reminded that mold detox is a dynamic journey and any supplements or protocols might have Exit side effects or may not be as effective and why. A healthy gut is the basis for treating mold effectively as we have learned from many sources. This conversation, however, does not steer itself into a general healthy gut rant but remains in the trenches searching and bringing to light the multi-faceted aspects of mold toxicity. Well done!
what can you take for Citrinine and mycophenolic acid?
I wonder what is the approach when you have mold colonisation in your lungs and consequently you have constant mycotoxins to expel all the time. Yeah, you may say "treat the colonisation", but it's not so easy, especially without proper mold doctors available.
