1. Cut the root of enoki mushrooms
2. Chop the green onions.
3. Tear the enoki mushrooms open with your hands and wash them clean.
4. Steam the mushrooms for 5 minutes.
5. Heat the oil to 220 degrees or above.
6. Drizzle the hot oil on the mushrooms.
7. Mix well with chopsticks.
9. The dish is ready.
