Hamburger buns are better than white flour buns, I bake them three times a week
Welcome, my name is Lidija, I’m from Slovenia
-14 grams of gluten-free yeast
-450 milliliters of warm milk
-melt the yeast
-add a teaspoon of sugar
-one egg
-stir
-500 grams of gluten-free bread flour
-some sesame
-teaspoon salt or to taste
-mix everything together
-mix with a hand mixer or a food processor for at least five minutes
-add good olive oil in between
-the dough should be just like in the video
-wet the baking paper
-soak your hands in water
-making balls is quite simple
-place the balls on the baking sheet
-with the distance because the dough doubles
-sprinkle with sesame seeds
-cover with food foil
-not too tight because the balls will grow
-loosen the foil a little
-and let rest for 2 hours
-the balls have grown
-bake in an unheated oven at 180 degrees or 356F
they are excellent, soft, nicely baked and they smell nice
I always bake them
