  • Great, fast, and nutritive recipe, and with a companion like Lancey it tastes much better. Thank you very much!

  • Sound like cheap goodies!!

  • Next time add cumin, salt and pepper could play with Smokey paprika…instead of the spinach add fresh dill, coriander and parsley, serve with lemony thini 😋😋😋

  • Thanks so much for the recipe! Would you make any changes to the ingredients if you were to adapt it into a loaf recipe? Thought I would ask before I try it.

  • Yes: "It's Called Falafel"!🙃

  • What an absolutely terrible recipe. Followed it step by step, gram for gram and ended up with tasteless sludge that didn’t improve in the oven. My family hated it. My 3yo daughter took one bite and refused to eat any more. Thank you for wasting my time, effort and money. Avoid.

  • Wow I JUST finished a falafel with some avocado chipotle aioli SO GOOD never thought about cooking my own chickpeas and making something so thank you for this!! ❤

  • Chickpea patties for the win 🎉❤🎉

  • Do you have a website with your recipes with written directions? Are you frying the onions in oil? Oil not listed in ingredients. What spices go best? What kind of bread crumbs? Spinach looked dry. If I rinse the spinach, does the water affect the texture of the mix?

  • Wow Lancy is beautiful ❤

  • Thanks, a healthier version of falafel without deep frying

  • How come the oil looks so yellow

  • I’ve enjoyed a similar treat made w/ black eyed peas.

  • I love chickpeas and anything meatless 🎉

  • Where did you get your cat dishes?

  • I really wanted these but was missing the fresh spinach so I substituted a bag of frozen peas and they turned out delicious. Ty

  • Love this recipe very healthy.im diabetic I am health conscious like a healthy recipe for bread Thanx 🙏♥️♥️♥️

  • Love your vids. And your cat! Thank you. From Melbourne Australia 😊

  • What are the dried herbs? And what do they compose of

  • Could we perhaps substitute the bread crumbs with oat flour?

  • 👍❤

  • Your cat is beautiful !!

  • It’s very similar to the way we Mauritian make it we call them “chilli cakes”,with slight variation, we do it with fresh green chilies, coriander ,chickpeas(of course),(no breadcrumbs, much smaller)n we deep fry them (we have them as snacks,at parties etc),I also like your version,it’s more like you have them as part of a meal, will very much like to try your version, blessings 🙏🏻✌️🇲🇺🇦🇺
