  • Great video yall. I wish I had documented my weight loss journey because I lost 77lbs. I started at 254lbs and ended at 177lbs by drinking organic fruit smoothies for 30 days during covid.
    I also added lots of sea moss gel in the blender with the fruit, and intermittently fasted (eating between 12pm-6pm) I only drank water before and after fasting.
    This is the best way to lose unhealthy weight. Let’s keep this healthy shit going 💪🏽

  • Noticed how he didn’t lose any muscle..? For those saying you can’t keep nor build muscle on fruits here’s the proof. Im also raw eater and I have a very muscular physique. We all have been lied about that protein thing! You need minerals because thats what you are made of, and fruits are minerals, structure H3O water. We are electromagnetic creatures, the Sun is electrical, the earth is magnetic. There’s only 3 foods for the human body; Sun light, Oxygen and Structured water, only found and fruits and water streams in nature.

  • Currently on day 5 of my 7 days fruits and water journey. Did it two months ago for five days and lost 5 pounds. Didn’t weigh myself this time but I was at 216 the last time I checked my weight three months ago so I’m excited to see what my results will be in the next two days.

  • I’d pass out training on two oranges, that’s also disordered eating as well… however congratulations on the weight loss now when you eat normally you’ll gain it back.

  • I am doing a V8 Juice, water, fruit, and vegetable fast for 100 days. I am on some medications and must eat to have something in my stomach. I put some of the V8 Juice in the fridge so the juice will thicken up so it would be easy to swallow my meds. I plan do doing alot of praying to improve my relationship with Jesus.

But… I wanted to actually see what you guys were eating, because eating only 1 or two oranges and water a day is not sustainable and it might be very hard to not gain weight after you start eating more. The title said fruit feast, so I imagined you were eating LOTS of fruits. Can you describe what you were actually eating?🙏🏼
