Cookie Dough Overnight Oats | Dessert for Breakfast Day 1
I knew I had a busy week coming up this week, prepping for Canadian Thanksgiving weekend at our bakery so I prepped lots of overnight oats for easy grab n go breakfasts. Here’s recipe number one:
PROTEIN COOKIE DOUGH
Overnight Oat Basic Recipe:
1/2c rolled oats
1/2c milk (I used almond milk)
1tbsp chia/ground flax
1tbsp syrup/honey (I used liquid allulose)
1/4c yogurt
Then to add cookie dough flavour add:
1 tbsp almond/cashew butter (I did almond butter)
1 tbsp choc chips (I used allulose choc chunks, and coconut sugar choc chips)
1/2 serving protein powder of choice
Combine it all in a jar or container, mix well, seal and place in the fridge overnight. The next day you can simply grab n go, or you can scoop it into a bowl and add a few more choc chips for looks, and enjoy!
