Morning Snack:
We tend to get hungry a lot in between our meals sitting in our work place. Therefore, we have packed a Oats Almond Apple Date Smoothie which is a great one meal dish. You can also have it for your Breakfast, as it is healthy and filling. We have added Dates and NutriChoice Oats Almond & Milk Biscuits, as it provides sweetness to the smoothie and is also great for your health. There is no sugar in it, therefore you can have it without any guilt. A lot of us find it hard to include oats in our diet and the addition of oats from these NutriChoice Oats Almond & Milk Biscuits makes it easier to consume in the form of healthy snack like this smoothie or you can even have them as it is.
Lunch:
For Lunch, we have packed Pasta In Spinach Basil Sauce which is easy to make and healthy to eat. In this Pasta, we have made sauce from Spinach which provides you Iron for your everyday nutrition. It is also a great way to add spinach in your kids diet, as they love Pasta. It is very easy to make and gets ready in no time. You can also add some Basil in the Spinach puree for extra taste and flavour.
Evening Snack:
For Evening snack, we have packed Chana Jor Garam, which is a popular Indian snack. You can serve it as it is or can make a chaat using it. You just have to add some chopped onions, tomatoes, green chilli, salt, red chilli powder and lemon juice. Mix it well and your Chana Jor Garam Chaat is ready!

Hey Archana. I love your videos. When you said oats smoothie, I thought you would add oats and not biscuits containing processed sugar. How does that make it healthy? Sorry I love your content so just an observation.
