I want to thank you for the recipe, I no longer have to pay $6 for gluten free flour tortillas! I made my first batch yesterday, the first one was on the thick side so I added more water. They came out perfect and delicious!
So I made these today and it was absolutely gross. The texture, taste etc. Not a fan of chickpea flower at all.
Fantastic recipe thank you❤❤
I tried these, and they looked nothing like hers. I didnt like the taste. They were easy to cook and flip though.
Tack för recept 😊
Can you replace the tapioca with rice flower and still get same results?
New Viewer with TONS of Food Allergies. Thank You Thank You for this! I can't wait to try!!
Happy Weekend 🙂🙏🏻♥️
La harina de garbanzo es de un sabor muy fuerte.
So glad I found this recipe, thank you very much!
I tried this it was great, thanks for sharing ☺️
If I have tapioca, can I put it through a grinder to make it into tapioca flour or is the process more complicated than that
Can i use all purpose gf flour in place of tapioca
And a big-big-big thank you form me for you!!!! 😀 Wraps are my favorite lunch and it is so expensive and unhealthy to buy all this high proceeded stuff. Ich would say i am a WRAP-Monster
YOU made my day!!! 🥰🥰🥰🥰
Is Tapioca starch the same as tapioca flour ?
You can make these without tapioca flour. Equal amounts of chickpea flour and water. Add spices. Or poppy seeds and honey. Or cinnamon. Or whatever… These are now my replacement for bread, along with home-made lentil bread. No more wheat bread for me.
What is the second ingredient
Is tapioca flour the same as cassava flour
I'm very busy. No time during the week for cooking, so I batch cook all my meals on the weekends and freeze them. Does anyone know if these freeze well and how long do they last in the fridge?
I love this recipe btw
Healthy and simple ❤
I made these yesterday and used them as a burrito wrap! Sooo good. But I wanted to ask whether there’s a reason you prefer tapioca starch over arrowroot flour since the former scores much higher on the glycemic index.
Thank you and love from your neighbor country! 🇳🇱🤍
Thank you so much, I’ve recently been diagnosed with IBS and Celiacs disease so I’ve been struggling with recipes and I’ve already made it and used it for quesadillas which were devine! Can’t wait to try them on chimichangas, enchiladas, burritos, fajitas and see if I can make a thicker version for soft shell tacos 🤩
My husband is on a low gluten diet, mainly because he has more energy when he doesn't eat a lot of gluten. We eat a lot of foods that use tortillas, but corn upsets my youngest child's stomach. So we are going to give this a try!
IS THIS RECIPE YEAST FREE AS WELL ?
Really flexible tortillas. High protein too.
Hi thanks for the video. After mixing the ingredients using your measurements I found the mixture too thick. In the video the texture was runny. So I had to more water to achieve that texture. More than a cup.
It is easy and very healthy with chickpeas. I wonder if frying this tortilla will get crispy ? I will try it thanks !
Tapyoka unu yerine tapyoka nişasta konulabilir mi?
What can u use instead of tapioca Flour
Can i use rice flour instead of chickpea flour?
These look amazing! I bought the two flours could you please let me know how much of each? In the video it looks like you have put more of the chickpea flour but I thought it would be good to ask before I make them Tia 😊
Gluten free tortillas are made of corn.. actually all tortillas are made of corn 😂😂😂😂😂
Don't these crack when cool?
Will it taste good if I make a chicken wrap with this?
Thank you so much for this recipe! I just made it and it was delicious! The trick is to add a lot of water to make sure they are thin. I love the flavor, I can see so much being done with these ingredients. Is it possible to make pita bread with this? Or pancakes, crepes?? Hmmm so many options.
Wow !!!
Fantastic recipe ❤
Yummy 😋
