Recipe Ingredients:

Thick Poha – 1 Cup
Chopped Carrots – 1 Cup
Chopped Onions – 1 Cup
Chopped Tomato -1 Cup
Chopped Cabbage – 1 Cup
Chopped Corriander Leaves – 1 Cup
Green Peas
Green Chillies
Curry Leaves
Tampering Items ( Jeera, Chana Dal, )
Oil
Salt
Turmeric Powder
Preparation Steps:

Step 1: Take two tbl spoons of oil and let it heat
Step 2: Add Tampering items and sauté for 2 mins
Step 3: Add chopped Onions, Chopped Green chillis and Curry leaves and sauté for 5 mins
Step 4: Add Chopped Carrot and sauté for 5 mins
Step5: Add Green Peas and saute for 5 mins
Step 6: Add Chopped Cabbage and saute for 2 mins
Steps 7: Add Chopped Tomato and saute for 5 mins
Step 8: Add salt and turmeric as needed and saute for 2 mins
Step 9: Add washed Thick Poha and mix it properly
Our Vegetable Poha is Ready to Serve : Enjoy.
